Job description Roles and Responsibilities Company Name IMS People (Interactive Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) Job Title - Senior HR Executive Division Foundation Salary : Upto 40K (In Hand) (45K CTC) (Based on experience & current) Shift Timings Night Shift Job Location Ahmedabad This position should manage from HR Operations from onboarding till entire life cycle of HR Operations. Which includes Onboarding, Engagement, Reward and Recognitions, Retention, Attendance, Labor Compliance of Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Employee Communication and policies. The candidates must have a passion for taking care of people and should be solutions oriented. Essential Function : Employee communication, Engagement and retention Logistic co-ordination/ transport co-ordination Co-ordinating Attendance, leaves and payout details Employee records Handling employee exit formalities Job Role Conduct employee onboarding and joining formalities Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Time and attendance tracking and managing Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Communicating and updating policy and guidelines to employee Employee Documentation and records Handling any wellness and health issues in night shift Probation review of employees and arranging conformation meetings Handling any grievances in coordination with HR Manager Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of MS Office; or any HRMS Aptitude in problem-solving Experience 2 to 5 Years in HR Generalist role.
